Although the name suggests otherwise, Winkel 43 (Shop 43) situated in the heart of the Jordaan, actually is an eatery where you can have breakfast, lunch, dinner or just drinks. The atmosphere is relaxed and during summertime it’s easy to meet new people when everybody is lounging on the long wooden tables outside. Furthermore, according to the locals Winkel 43 serves the best apple pie of Amsterdam.
