A visit to The Queen’s Head is obligatory for those who want to experience gay life in Amsterdam to the fullest. Its clientele is a crazy mix of gays in all shapes and sizes. The bar hosts several themed nights and parties.
Tuesday night at the Queen is known for the ‘totally hysterical’ bingo with prizes that are best kept out of sight from parents and other authority figures. Every second and fourth Sunday the social club Netherbears Amsterdam hosts a night where hairy and bearded men can meet.
